Jonathan is an owner / partner in several Dallas based companies serving multiple industries. He resides in Texas with his wife and two sons.

In 2000, Jonathan co-founded a Plano based technology company. Since that time he has provided technical and marketing consulting to numerous companies across many industries. As his other companies expanded and rapidly grew he slowly phased out of the consulting business.

Prior to co-founding BACKTELL, as an owner / partner in several service companies, Jonathan grew frustrated with his search for a first-class software application that could effectively run all aspects of his service businesses. He finally gave up the search and his technology company built what is now Service Autopilot.

This software was key to the rapid growth of his service companies. Without this system the growth might not have been possible. Combined with his knowledge of direct response marketing, systems and processes his service companies have experienced phenomenal success.
