John Caldwell has over 19 years experience developing leading edge solutions in the decision support, financial and business sectors. John directs all of the software development, testing, and information technology needs of the company. His charge is to develop BACKTELL's role as a leading provider of software to the services industry. Prior to co-founding BACKTELL, John has held a software architect position for the last 15 years.

For the last three years John has been acting in the role of chief architect for a leading job board. John has led the development effort of replatforming the site on the .NET framework. During this time the job board has enjoyed substantial gains in memberships and users. The site has also been significantly more stable and reliable.
